Companies with more than five employees, or operating premises capable of accommodating more than fifty people, or commercial accommodation establishments must prepare a fire protection regulation in accordance with Act XXXI of 1996. As an annex to the Fire Protection Regulation, a Fire Alarm Plan must also be prepared in cases specified by Decree 54/2014 (XII.5.) of the Ministry of the Interior.
