Businesses employing more than five employees, operating premises capable of accommodating more than 50 people, or operating commercial accommodation establishments are required to have fire safety regulations in accordance with Act XXXI of 1996. In the cases specified by Decree 54/2014 (XII. 5.) BM, a Fire Emergency Plan must also be prepared as an annex to the Fire Safety Regulations.
