According to Section 55 (1) of Act XCIII of 1993, the employer must ensure, within the framework of occupational safety training, that the employee

1. when starting work,
2. when the workplace or job role changes, as well as when the requirements for safe and healthy work change,
3. when converting work equipment or putting new work equipment into operation,
4. when introducing new technology

acquire and possess theoretical and practical knowledge of safe and healthy work throughout the entire period of employment, and become familiar with the necessary rules, instructions and information.

Without occupational safety training, the employee cannot be employed in the given job.

Based on the above, our company undertakes to:

• Preliminary occupational safety training
• Recurrent occupational safety training
• Holding extraordinary occupational safety training
