Under Section 55(1) of Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health, the employer must ensure through occupational health and safety training that employees receive the necessary instruction:
- when starting work,
- when the workplace or job role changes, as well as when the requirements for safe and healthy work change,
- when work equipment is modified or new work equipment is put into operation,
- when new technology is introduced.
Employees must acquire and maintain the theoretical and practical knowledge required for safe and healthy work throughout their employment and must be familiar with the relevant rules, instructions and information.
Employees may only perform a job after completing the required occupational health and safety training.
Based on the above, our company undertakes to:
- induction occupational health and safety training
- refresher occupational health and safety training
- additional occupational health and safety training, where required
