• Development and implementation of an HSE management system throughout the project
• Preparation of project-specific HSE documentation (HSE plan, risk assessments, method statements)
• HSE preparation of the construction site, including site setup support
• Daily occupational health and safety support and on-site presence throughout construction activities
• Assessment and coordination of subcontractor HSE compliance
• HSE performance monitoring and reporting to the client
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements
• Support with accident and incident investigations and the development of preventive measures
