According to Section 54 of Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health, in order to ensure safe and healthy work, the employer must develop a unified and comprehensive prevention strategy that covers the work process, technology, work organization, working conditions, social relations and the impact of work environment factors.
In the occupational safety regulations, the employer has the opportunity to summarize the regulatory areas for which the law imposes obligations on the employer, and provides the opportunity to meet occupational safety requirements.
