The coordination of construction activities is regulated by Decree 4\/2002 (II. 20.) SzCsM\u2013E\u00fcM.\nIn accordance with these requirements, we coordinate the activities of contractors on site to support safe working practices. This is referred to as Construction Health and Safety Coordination.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Design H&amp;S Coordinator<\/h3>\n<p>The involvement of a health and safety coordinator is required from the design phase to ensure that occupational health and safety considerations are incorporated into the construction documentation.\nDuring the design process, particular attention must be given to integrating safety into the design. This includes, for example, designing permanent or temporary features that support safe construction and later work activities, such as provisions for scaffolding, access systems, edge protection and anchorage points for personal protective equipment.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Under Section 3(1) of Decree 4\/2002 (II. 20.) SzCsM\u2013E\u00fcM, the designer is required to appoint or engage a coordinator during the preparation of the construction design documentation. The coordinator performs the duties specified by the regulation and provides professional recommendations to ensure that occupational health and safety requirements are properly incorporated into the design.\nThe currently applicable Decree 4\/2002 (II. 20.) SzCsM\u2013E\u00fcM on minimum occupational health and safety requirements at construction sites also defines the requirements applicable to health and safety coordinators.
